You share what you feel like doing that day as a plan — for example “a walk along the Kordon this evening”. People near you see your plan and send a request to join. You decide who joins. Once you match you can message each other and arrange the meet-up. Plans are temporary: they disappear from discovery two hours after they end.

The core features are free: creating a profile, sharing plans, discovering plans near you, sending join requests and matching. Reporting, blocking and the Safety Centre are always free and are never placed behind a paid tier under any circumstances. The PLUS and GOLD tiers raise the limits and add features; prices are shown through the store.

Verification, ratings and blocking work together. Accounts that pass selfie verification carry a badge, and you can choose to interact only with verified people. After a meet-up both sides rate each other; ratings appear on the profile while who rated whom does not. Someone you block cannot see you in the feed, in messages or in search — blocking works both ways and takes effect immediately. These measures reduce risk but they are not a guarantee of a safe meet-up: we recommend meeting in a busy public place and telling someone where you are going.

Your precise location is never shared with any user. Your coordinates are stored offset by roughly 300 metres using a fixed, per-user offset vector; your real coordinates are never written to the database. Other users only see a band (“under 1 km”, “5 km”, “50+ km”) — no response ever contains a decimal distance. You can turn location sharing off entirely under Privacy and Security settings, in which case plans are shown based on city matching.

PlanMEET is a platform for adults meeting in real life and is closed to users under 18. Your date of birth is requested at sign-up and accounts identified as under 18 are not created. Accounts reported as under 18 are reviewed and closed if confirmed.
