Delete your account
You can delete your account from the app in a few taps. If you cannot reach the app, use the route below. Either way, what gets deleted and what is retained is spelled out below.
Deleting from the app
This is the fastest route and processes your request immediately.
- Open the PlanMEET app and sign in.
- Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account closes immediately; your personal data is permanently deleted after 30 days.
If you cannot reach the app
If you lost your phone, signed out, or cannot log in, you can send your deletion request by email.
kvkk@planmeet.appAfter we receive your request we send a verification link to the email address on the account. We do not delete without this step — otherwise anyone who knows your email address could have your account deleted.
What is deleted and what is kept

Retained
We do not gloss over this with "everything is deleted instantly"; that would not be true for records we are legally required to keep.
