Subscription Terms
The terms governing billing, automatic renewal and termination of PlanMEET PLUS and GOLD subscriptions.
Free use
PlanMEET's core features are free. You can create a profile, share plans, discover plans near you, send join requests and match. Reporting, blocking and the Safety Centre are always free and are never placed behind a paid feature under any circumstances.
Subscription tiers
Paid tiers add features on top of free use. Each higher tier includes everything in the tier below it.

Billing and automatic renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the billing period you chose (monthly or yearly).
- The renewal fee is the fee shown to you at the time of purchase. If the fee is going to change, you are informed before renewal.
- Payment is collected through the platform where you made the purchase (App Store, Google Play or the web payment provider).
- Your card details never reach PlanMEET; they are stored by the payment provider.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep using the paid features until then.
- App Store subscription: on your device, Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions
- Google Play subscription: Play Store → Subscriptions
- Web subscription: PlanMEET → Settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription
When a subscription ends
- When the subscription ends your account returns to the free tier; your account is not deleted.
- Your plans, matches and messages are preserved.
- Content that exceeds the free-tier limits (for example active plans above the limit) is not deleted; you simply cannot add new ones.
Changes
Ümit Koştu reserves the right to change subscription features and fees. Changes that are not in favour of existing subscribers are announced a reasonable time before they take effect, and you may cancel your subscription after such an announcement.
