Cancellation and Refund Policy
Explains under which conditions and through which channel subscription refunds are made.
The refund channel depends on the purchase channel
PlanMEET subscriptions can be purchased through different platforms, and the refund process is subject to the rules of the platform you bought from. PlanMEET cannot directly refund purchases made through the App Store or Google Play.

Right of withdrawal
Under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation, exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply to services performed instantly in an electronic environment.
How refund requests are assessed
- If a technical fault meant you could not access the paid features at all, your refund request is assessed favourably.
- For accidental purchases, a refund is considered provided the features have not been used.
- Users permanently banned for breaking the rules are not refunded for the remaining period.
