Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By using PlanMEET, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the app.
2. Eligibility
PlanMEET is intended only for people aged 18 and over. By registering, you represent that you are over 18 and have the legal capacity to accept these terms. If we determine that you have misrepresented your age, your account will be closed immediately and permanently.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of your account information. You must use your real identity and real photos; creating a fake profile is a violation of these terms. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
4. Acceptable Use
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited: • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination • Creating a fake profile or impersonating someone else • Commercial spam, fraud, or investment/crypto solicitations • Sharing obscene, violent, or unlawful content • Sharing other users' personal information without consent • Allowing anyone under 18 to use the platform • Attempting to bypass the app's security measures or using bots/automation Violating these rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure.
5. Meeting Safety
PlanMEET is a platform that facilitates in-person meetups between users. You are responsible for your own safety when meeting other users. We recommend meeting in public places, arranging your own transportation, and sharing your meetup details with someone you trust. PlanMEET is not responsible for the outcome of meetups between users or for the conduct of users.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
PLUS and GOLD subscriptions renew automatically according to your chosen billing period (monthly/yearly). You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. When a free trial ends, you will automatically be moved to a paid subscription unless you cancel beforehand. Payments are processed through the App Store, Google Play, or iyzico on the web, and are subject to the respective platform's own terms.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
You own the photos, messages, and other content you upload. However, by uploading it, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content within PlanMEET. All rights to PlanMEET's own brand, logo, and software belong to us.
8. Moderation and Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or close, without prior notice, accounts that violate community guidelines, pose a security risk, or are found to be fake. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
9. Limitation of Liability
PlanMEET is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising from interactions between users, in-person meetups, or third-party service providers (payment processors, calling infrastructure, etc.).
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notification. Continuing to use the app after such changes means you accept the updated terms.
