The plan comes first
Swiping through profiles takes time and most matches never turn into a meet-up. When the intent is clear from the start, a match already means a meet-up.
Safety is not a paid feature
Reporting, blocking and the Safety Centre are always free. Putting them behind a paid tier would mean selling safety.
Your location is yours
Your precise location is never shared with any user. Coordinates are stored offset by roughly 300 metres and the other side only ever sees a band.
