The official request process for law enforcement and law firms.
Who this is for
This page is for law enforcement, prosecutors, courts and law firms. If you are a user and want access to your own data, use the application route described on the Personal Data Protection Notice page.
Submitting a request
Official requests must be sent in writing to Mordoğan Mah. İzmir Cad. No: 329/A, Karaburun / İzmir, Türkiye or by e-mail to hukuk@planmeet.app. The request must contain:
- The requesting authority and the details of the authorised official
- The legal basis for the request (court order, prosecutor's instruction, and so on)
- The username or e-mail address of the target account
- The scope of the requested data and the date range
Our approach
- We respond only to requests from a competent authority that comply with applicable law.
- Where a request is overly broad, we ask for it to be narrowed.
- Unless we are legally prevented from doing so, we notify the user whose data is requested.
- We expedite the process in urgent cases involving a risk to life.
