Version 1.0 · Last updated 2026-08-21

Scope

This policy is the technical counterpart of the Community Guidelines. The Community Guidelines govern behaviour between users; this policy governs behaviour towards the platform itself.

Prohibited technical behaviour

  • Creating accounts, sending requests or sending messages using automated scripts, bots or emulators
  • Calling the API outside its documented use, or attempting to exceed rate limits
  • Bulk scraping, indexing or transferring data to third parties
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or modify the application, or distributing a modified version of it
  • Carrying out unauthorised penetration testing, even for the purpose of finding vulnerabilities
  • Attempting unauthorised access to other users' accounts
  • Sending requests that would overload or disrupt the service

Reporting a vulnerability

If you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to guvenlik@planmeet.app before disclosing it publicly. We do not take legal action against researchers who report in good faith.
